受土耳其敘利亞邊境地區(qū)地震的嚴(yán)重影響,土耳其伊斯肯德倫港目前仍處于全面停工狀態(tài),雖然集裝箱引發(fā)的火災(zāi)已得到當(dāng)局的控制,但目前仍未公布相應(yīng)的損失信息。因此,中遠(yuǎn)海運(yùn)集運(yùn)建議您盡快聯(lián)系您所在地的銷售/客服代表更改貨物目的地。
為了加快進(jìn)程,減少損失,我們就2023年2月10日之前已接受訂艙尚未抵達(dá),受地震影響的伊斯肯德倫港進(jìn)口貨物進(jìn)一步免除如下費(fèi)用:
免除伊斯肯德倫港進(jìn)口貨物的改港(COD)和改單(ENA)費(fèi)用。
免除2023年3月15日之前產(chǎn)生的中轉(zhuǎn)港費(fèi)用,包括中轉(zhuǎn)港當(dāng)?shù)刭M(fèi)用(Re-nomination charge)、集裝箱的堆存費(fèi)(Storage charge)以及滯期費(fèi)(D&D)。
免除在船的伊斯肯德倫進(jìn)口貨物由于改港而產(chǎn)生的翻艙費(fèi)(Re-stowage charge)。

Update 1 - Operation Adjustment due to Earthquake in Turkey
Dear Valued Customer,
Heavily affected by the earthquake that deadly hit Turkey on the morning of Monday 6 February 2023, the Port of Iskenderun is still in the full stoppage until further notice. Fortunately, the fire caused by containers has been under control by the authorities but the total damage and loss have not been announced yet.
For all bookings bound for the port or already on the water, COSCO SHIPPING Lines highly suggest you a change of destination to avoid unnecessary waiting time and property loss. Our local representatives would be glad to assist with your requests.
To better support our business partners, for the Iskenderun import cargo booked before Feb 10th, 2023 haven’t arrived at its original port (Iskenderun, Turkey) we now expand the scope of the waived charges. The details are as follows.
All amendments (ENA) and changes of destination (COD) are committed to be free of charge for Iskenderun bookings.
Waive all Re-nomination fee, Demurrage and Detention (D&D), Storage at hub occurring before 15th March 2023.
Re-stowage fee will also be waived for on board shipments bound for Iskenderun.
COSCO SHIPPING Lines have been continuously keeping a close eye on the development and will inform our clients in the first place.
